Calvin Harris’ Beverly Hills house caught fire on Wednesday days after his ex-girlfriend, Taylor Swift, strutted right past him at the Grammys.
TMZ reports multiple fire engines responded to a call around 8:25 p.m. from a person complaining about the smell of smoke inside the three-story house.
The Los Angeles Fire Department allegedly sent about 10 different fire units and at least 20 responders to the scene where an eyewitness claimed smoke was visible coming off of the roof.
Firefighters determined the flames were coming from the third floor of the house, a source told the outlet. They reportedly had to cut through the second-story floor to access an inside wall where the fire was.
The source claims that there were flames near an HVAC system there.
Harris was not home and no one was injured, TMZ reports. Sources claim the “Summer” DJ has been leasing that property out for the past several years.
The Post has contacted reps for Harris, the LAPD, and LAFD for comment.
The alleged electrical fire comes days after Harris, 40, and his wife Vick Hope, 34, attended the 2024 Grammys at the Crypto.com Arena. His “Miracle” was up for Best Pop Dance Recording, which ultimately went to “Padam Padam,” by Kylie Minogue.
He and the BBC Radio 1 presenter wed in Northumberland, England, in September.
“Calvin and Vick are so clearly madly in love,” a source gushed to The Sun at the time. “It was a truly beautiful day.”
The “Feel So Close” artist previously dated megastar Swift from March 2015 to June 2016. They narrowly escaped a televised run-in Sunday at the Grammys as the “Karma” strolled into the ceremony late.
Harris clapped at the mention of her name, seemingly suggesting that there’s no “Bad Blood” between the two.
His next scheduled DJ set is on Super Bowl Sunday at LIV Nightclub in Las Vegas.
